Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
During high-volume periods such as launches or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone.
Shipping Within India
We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners.
Estimated delivery timelines:
• Metro cities: 2–5 business days
• Non-metro cities and remote areas: 4–8 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier performance, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
We may offer free shipping on orders above a specified value, which will be clearly indicated on the website.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with tracking details. You can track your shipment using the link provided.
If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at admin@thegutodos.com.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:
• Re-shipping charges may apply.
• We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
Delivery Issues
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:
• Check with household members or building security.
• Contact the courier partner directly.
• Notify us within 48 hours at admin@thegutodos.com.
We will assist in investigating the issue, but we are not liable for lost or stolen packages once confirmed as delivered by the courier.
Damaged Packages
If you receive a package that appears damaged:
• Record an unboxing video clearly showing the sealed outer package and the product inside.
• Take clear photographs of the damage.
• Email us within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims made without supporting video/photo evidence may not be accepted.
Shipping Delays
While we aim to ensure timely delivery, The Gut Odos is not responsible for delays caused by:
• Courier disruptions
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Strikes or unforeseen logistical issues
International Shipping
We currently ship within India. International shipping will be announced separately once available.
