Return & Refund Policy

At The Gut Odos, our products are ingestible nutraceutical formulations and are therefore subject to strict safety and hygiene standards. For this reason, all sales are considered final once the order has been delivered, except in cases of transit damage or fulfilment error.

Non-Returnable Products

Due to hygiene, safety, and regulatory considerations applicable to ingestible nutraceutical products:
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or unopened products.
• Products cannot be returned due to taste preference, perceived effectiveness, personal preference, or change of mind.
• Products with broken seals, opened packaging, or signs of tampering are strictly non-returnable.

Once a product leaves our fulfilment facility, it cannot be restocked or resold.

This policy ensures consumer safety, product integrity, and compliance with nutraceutical handling standards.


Eligible Cases for Replacement

We will arrange a replacement or refund only in the following situations:
• Product damaged during transit
• Incorrect product shipped
• Manufacturing defect

These requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.


Evidence Requirement for Claims

To process a damage or fulfilment claim, customers must provide:
• Unboxing video
• Clear photographs of the product
• Photographs of outer packaging

These must be shared within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Claims submitted without supporting evidence may not be eligible for replacement or refund.


Refund Process

If a claim is approved:
• A replacement product will be shipped, or
• A refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing may take up to 10 business days after approval, depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Right to Refuse Claims

The Gut Odos reserves the right to refuse replacement or refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined above, including:
• Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
• Claims without unboxing video or photographic evidence
• Products showing signs of opening, tampering, or misuse
